"My Mercedes broke down 2 blocks from this location, which is partly the reason for me taking it there. Unfortunately, not too many shops work on my vehicle type. They diagnosed my fuel pumps were the issue, yes, apparently my car has 2 fuel pumps, which they replaced promptly, during which time the mechanic moved the power seat forward and broke my windshield . After 2 months and 3 aftermarket windshields later, the company that Lakeland Auto hired to replace my windshield, realized that they would need to install a factory(more money) windshield for it to work correctly. Long story short, 2 weeks later car broke down again and after having it towed there they said it was an electrical issue, another $800. Three months later broke down again, they said it was a one of the fuel pumps that they replaced was defective, which was apparently my fault because I had to pay for their labor to replace a fuel pump that was defective and under warranty. Hope I don't have to go there again."

"Drove it in to replace PCV valve. They said my valve cover was cracked and needed to be replaced and couldn't be driven because oil was leaking. It had to sit over the weekend, so had to change my plans. All I know is it wasn't leaking when I drove it in."

"Brought my car in for an alignment. Owner talked me into replacing the front struts and rear hubs instead for almost $2k. Alignment was then worse than when I brought it in. Another time I brought it in to have a leak in the sunroof looked at. After ensuring me he had found the leak, I found water was still coming through."

"Took into shop with 3 warning lights. Got it back with 5. $250.00 over agreed price. Replaced engine mount and car wouldn't start after. In an amazing stroke of luck, the groung wire by the mount broke, miraculously on its own, and the O2 sensor also decided to go bad as well while at the shop. My driver side mirror is also damaged and falling off which will cost me another $600. Charged almost $250 to fix the ground wire that broke itself while they changed the mount right next to it. Grease destroyed the interior. Manager/owner did clean front floor mats but exterior and interior had grease throughout. Owners manual removed from glove box and just laying on the floor alongside the other paperwork. Never, ever will I darken the doors of this place. You can be as nice as can be but you need to take responsibility and hold those that do such sloppy work accountable."

"The owner and staff was very welcoming. I went in not knowing if I was going to get my car fix the same day because it was a slightly major problem but they came through within hours for me. I was very excited and I definitely would be back and recommend other people to go there."
