"I have been a Macy’s customer for years and shopped at 3 different malls in Atlanta and north Georgia area. I have been to Macys at Paddock Mall a few times but never noticed until yesterday the dirty, filthy carpet. Not only is it worn out but stains, dirt and even black footprints were in the carpet, along with trash everywhere. I can’t believe a big department store like Macy’s would open their doors every day to this filth. The store has very little in merchandise and I’m surprised they are still open after seeing the carpet."
"Love Macy's and The Paddock Mall- two absolute "winners" in my opinion. Macy's customer service is second to none. The store is always clean and well stocked. Sometimes prices are not reasonable but overall, there is good value."

"Great merchandise, but Macy's needs some renovations. The rugs are fifty and smell up the store. I suggest they take sections of the store and pull the rugs, and put in hardwood like they have in the men's section. It looks better and would be low maintenance, and the store wouldn't smell bad."
"Good place to shop. They have a wonderful variety of Clothing for Women and Men. Most of employees were helpful, and friendly. Some employees wasn't much help. I We noticed they had plus size clothes too which was nice to see."
