"This store is very large and clean. It has a variety of items which will cater to all who visit. The clearance items are superior to the other stores. Nice selection of footwear for the whole family. The children’s department was very nice. The only thing missing but not really needed was the coffees and honeybuns stand."

"I ordered an item online and it was cancelled and I received no notification. I then reordered online and used Kohl's cash, 30% discount and a $5 for pickup bonus. When I went to place the order it stated item not in stock even though throughout the online order process it showed 1 in stock. Very disappointed in the online order process since it does take time to do this. Also, what good are all the discounts if they expire and you cannot order the item."
"Oh my mama she shops here all the time. This is her favorite store to get her clothing at. Well she picked me up a couple of nice tops for like $6 a piece. I absolutely love them. Kohl's may end up being my favorite place to shop as well seeing as I'm new here in Ocala. The man at the register named Robert was very nice to us and he knew my mother buy name so she must go there a lot. Thanks for the great customer service that my mother receives here at your store. And thank you for the great customer service you gave us today. I would definitely recommend this store whether you're just coming through town stopping by to see if they got a bargain.
