"The lady staff needs to seem a little more cheerful and inviting. They came off as rude, making you feel tense and as if you where waisting thier time. They must be stressed.Hope this get better for them. Except for the buoyant gentleman that greets you at the door upon arrival and departure. I believe he is their security. He had a positive energy made eye contact to each person he spoke with , as if they were the only ones in the room. He is definitely a great asset to the team."
