"I had such a wonderful experience at this store with Louis. I went to the Wesley Chapel store where I had a horrible experience and called the store in Ocala and explained to Louis about my experience and he said he would make it right. My foot is broken and I wanted my gait measured and he said he wouldn’t recommend it because he didn’t want to make my injury worse, which I appreciated. I am very picky about colours and be put up with my obnoxious self. We went through 3-5 pairs of shoes and the last pair I tried on were the ones for me. They had so much padding and support, I left a very happy customer."
"Had a great experience with a young man who I believe my receipt said was named Patrick. He was very pleasant and made me feel very comfortable. I have a lot of problems with my feet and walking and he took the time to listen and even watched my husband walk me around the store, at which point he noticed, that I lean a little to the left on my right ankle when walking. He the recommended I try on a different sneaker that would help correct the posture/positioning of my foot. They felt amazing, but I was hesitant, as I had done lots of research. Patrick told me about the program the store had that if I wasn’t comfortable any time in the next 30 days I could exchange them for the original pair I had come into purchase. These days everything is expensive, it’s nice to still be able to go into a store and get assistance from not just a live person, but a PLEASANT one. Thanks Patrick! I hope I don’t have to see you again soon, but it’s nice to know your company stands behind its products if I do."
