"Mike Pagano is the store manager and I asked to speak with him and he didn't show up. I was told that he was busy with other important things. 2/8/2024 I was looking for an item in the electrical department and it very disorganized. I wanted to speak with the store manager, but he was too busy to speak with a customer."

"Went today to purchase a new kitchen faucet. Saw one we liked and went to pay. Must have been misplaced because it rang up $20 higher than the one we thought we grabbed. Found out at the register. Associate named Maryann asked if there was anything she could assist us with. We told her we picked this faucet and ringing up more than we thought. Then she said “well if it rings up a price at the register, that’s what it is priced”. Like excuse me??? I said well I can check the price or an associate can. She then said “no one can leave the registers and you should have taken a picture of the price” (she’s in self checkout). Then Katherine came out of nowhere to assist us as Maryann should have. Katherine went and checked the price and went above and beyond and honored the price. Even though when she told us it was ringing up correct price, just misplaced. Even if she couldn’t have checked the price personally, she could have asked another associate instead of her attitude about it being rang in and THATS what the price is! Maryann should not be the final person you deal with in the store, let alone her attitude. Thank you, Katherine."

"A couple weeks ago I returned two wheelbarrow handles, Janice was the lady that processed the return. She was very polite, and the transaction seriously took less than one minute David helped me cut two different types of keys, three copies each so a total of six keys. He was also very polite. He made sure and scrubbed the keys with the wire brush to get rid any any remnants. Store 4 Customer service 5 Bathroom 2"
