"Find somewhere else to get a vaccine. They are way too busy here, and appointments mean nothing to them. We had appointments for our vaccines, which we made days ahead of time. We arrived on time and checked in on the website, as instructed, and they took walk-in customers who didn't have appointments before they took us. (Confused old people). I hate to have my time wasted, and I'll not be back here for vaccines. I'll go somewhere where an appointment means something."
