"My family has lived here going on 4 years. All of the staff is very kind and quick to take care of needs timely. I have not had any issues with the ladies in the office or maintenance men. Maintenance is very quick to respond and fix any request. It’s a very quiet and family oriented neighborhood. I would say the staff here goes over and beyond to meet the needs of the residents."

"I’ve called Integra Landings home for the last 10 years. After looking at a few apartments in Deland and Orange City, this complex was the only one that I felt the safest living in. There is no pet weight restrictions and they allow most large breed dogs. The community is quiet overall with some loud music playing during the day but never late into the evening. The office staff are very friendly, welcoming, and have helped solve any problems that I may have had over the years. The rent is comparable to other complexes in the surrounding areas. Parking can get a bit full as the night goes on but I’m always able to find a spot. People will park against the curbs and in fire lanes but I think a lot of it is out of not wanting to walk far."

"The only reason I gave it 5 stars was because I couldn’t give it 6! I have lived all over Florida in various apartments and let me tell you this is my favorite one so far. It’s quiet, clean, and tucked away from busy city life while still being close to shops and restaurants. Best part of this place by far is the office staff though, Emily and Victoria are absolutely delighted and make me feel heard and welcome. You won’t be disappointed here like you would be from a place like the groves in port Orange 10/10 DON’T recommend."

"This was my first home with my husband and it was a wonderful experience. We had amazing (quiet) neighbors. We were always helped by the office and maintenance staff quickly and efficiently. I will recommend this place to anytime looking to move into the area."

"We stayed here for a year.. when we took the tour of the complex we asked specifically about parking because it was a huge issue we have had in the past. We were told during our tour parking was never an issue and there are enough spaces available to come in and out freely. When it came to coming home from work I noticed there were no spots available to park and cars were parked on the fire lane.. The next morning I reached out to the office and was told “it’s fine for the night time just have your car moved before 10:00am so you won’t get towed.” As time went on we noticed our door being covered in bugs/spiders even though we were being charged a pest fee once a month. I reached out to the the office once again and they stated the front doors are our responsibility to be kept clean from bugs/spiders as they prevent pest from around the buildings just not in the hallways. As for the trash issue, when we first moved in they explained they offered valet trash. We were charged to take our trash to the area where the dumpster was overflowing, furniture piling up and trash all over the streets and still paid a monthly amount. As for the quality of the unit we leased there were a few issues we ran into the first year of being residents.. It is the most disgusting apartment I have ever lived in. To top it all off they brand themselves as luxury. I’ve attached photos as reference."
