"I stayed here for 5 years and when I tell you, I never had any real issues other than what’s normal. The Landlord Cheryl is so sweet. She’s helpful and very approachable. Maintenance responds in a timely manner and I can honestly say that the community is quiet. Everyone keeps to themselves. I really enjoyed my stay and my apartment was so comfortable.This is an excellent choice for residents."

"Feb 1, 2024- Been here for 5 years. Love my home! Oakshade apartment manger Cheryl is the best. She always so kind and is always looking out for us. I haven't had an issues living here. Just basic maintenance that Dave always has taken care of within 24 hours. Couldn't ask for better management team. Love this place it’s very quiet here! My Apartment is clean with no bugs or mold issues. Manager Cheryl is always right on it! Very friendly and sweet but fair! Never have a problem trying to reach her. The Maintenance guy has been quick to fix my issues within that day unless a part has to be ordered. Five Stars!! Dec 2022- Dave to my rescue! My heater is not working and Dave went above & beyond to fix it! Thank you Dave your the best!"

"I loved living here. Oaks shade was my first experience living in an apartment. If you want to live in a quiet, friendly, Clean and positive atmosphere this is the place for you. I never had Any issues with anything on the apartment and Cheryl the community manager is the best always so friendly and was there to help you with anything I needed. Always doing her job very professional. My sister got her own apartment here in oaks shade as well and she loved it as well. I recommend this apartment to anybody."

"I’ve been living here approximately seven years and I have no complaints whatsoever my neighbors have ranged from families to college students to retirees. It’s very quiet in the neighborhood no issues not too much traffic, The property manager as well as the maintenance staff are amazing any issues that you may have they are right on top of it. not only that they periodically check up on you just to see if you may have any other issues to report. I’ve lived in many other apartments in different cities and I can definitely say living here has been a total culture shock. Overall Great place to live keep up the good work Oak Shade, and thank you for making me feel at home."
