Holiday Inn Express & Suites Orange City - Deltona, an IHG Hotel

"They’re are a vulgars thieves ! They stole me 84 dollars , and the charged me 30 dollars for deposit 25 days ago ! I have called them 4 times to ask for my refund and I’m still waiting ! The lady who I talked with told me ! Mister jose do not worry we already ok care of your situation ! Your money will be refunded the next couples days , we really apologize for the inconvenience but I’m still waiting and nothing ! They are thieves ! There was not reason for them to use my card and charge me 84 dollars plus the deposit"

"The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. The rooms were clean and neat. The only issues are no vending machines. All snacks must be purchased at the front desk. The only issue we had was our AC/Heater wasn't working. They are controlled by wall mounted thermostats, but ours wasn't working. We advised the front desk and they said they'd have someone look at it ASAP."

"I was very disappointed with the lack of food options and room service ..... They served selected items for breakfast like they were on a budget, the meat was either under cooked or overcooked like it was from yesterday's meal, they didn't have any whole milk just 2 percent and chocolate, fruit choices were either bananas or oranges nothing else! And room service came banging on my room door like they were the police instead of checking to see if they had any stay overs in which I had another 2hrs til check out and they woke me after getting from my Thanksgiving party. Furthermore, as we were trying to get on the elevator the housekeepers held up the elevators for 15min moving beds! I would not recommend this Holiday Inn in Deltona to anyone! And as a veteran and preferred member it was my first and last time staying there and I told the front desk upon departure around 11:15am and I had until 1pm to check out! Also, I clearly stated I requested a room between the 2nd and 4th floor .... I was given the 5th floor."

"Connie was amazing she welcomed me and my co driver with warm smiles, helped us parked our trucks and has an amazing ora around her. She is the sweetest most kindest person ever!!!! If I ever need a room coming into Florida this will be the place. By the way the rooms were nice and she gave us an option on floor stay. Connie girl you are the bomb. Made me feel like I was back at home in Texas!!!!"

"The staff was extremely helpful and friendly! The room was immaculate and so comfy and cozy! Very spacious the king size suite! The bathrooms have dove soap in actual dispensers which is a nice touch! The whole hotel was clean and felt cleanly. The pool and breakfast were a bonus and was right off the highway! Perfect if your trying to stay central for going to Daytona and orlando! Me and me husband will definitely be staying again when we come back!"
