"Sorry bit this is a hard pass. Staff were very nice, especially the maintenance guy bit we made a reservation two months in advance and verified it four days beforehand. Arrived and waited an hour and a half to be assigned a site. The site was very tight and unlevel with soft sand making it hard to adjust. The site was essentially a large ashtray. At $85 a night it is not my job to clean things up. So if you smoke a lot you will like it here. Overall there are better options."

"Just spoke to an extremely rude lady down here (Shannon/Owners Daughter)who wanted $71 a night for a 24 foot RV. That included a weekly rate discount. When I said I that seems expensive she promptly hung up the phone on me. Don't waste your time here. Bad pricing and an even worse attitude. Update After Response: Your daughter said "okay" and just hung up the phone on me. If you don't consider that rude I don't know what is."

"We camped her last year for a month new owners had taken over and were doing updated to the park which was fantastic. We booked for three months this winter (JAN, FEB, MARCH) We were moved to three different sites during one month last , so we asked for paper work to verify the site we would have for this winter and the price which we were given the paperwork for ....We received a phone call 2 months before we were to arrive to be told that our site has doubled in price ....I understand that rates do go up but to be doubled and to be notified in short notice excpecially traveling from Canada is totally wrong ...I feel they should honor the people that booked last year with the rates they were told not wait till everything else is booked in the area ...Nice that they have put alot of money into the park but previous booking upon rate hikes should not have to to take the brunt of this...very unfair for returning customers and poor judgment on the new owners ....which the lady that called us agreed with....she was told she had to do the dirty work for the owners"

"We drove from Cambridge Ohio without knowing what to expect. Our first trip there and needed a pull through for our Toy-hauler. The office staff gave us our map and we walked outside to a gentleman on a golf cart ready to take us to our site. The new concrete pad just being spray off. I was amazed at how kept up the lots were. No need for shower shoes at the shower house because it was immaculate! The pool was very nice even though we didn’t use it. We absolutely were beyond pleased with the campground and the staff! We can not say enough about our vacation there! We will be back! Thanks to all the staff for all you did to make our stay PERFECT! We will be back!"
