"Took my partner to their second appointment with the primary care in this office. I was already impressed with the labs ordered during the initial visit; one of the very few physicians we've experienced that are current with laboratory updates and well-informed with a holistic approach. Proactive and thorough, addressing all concerning results and providing options outside of just prescribing medication. Everyone, from the front desk, PA, and MA, was respectful, polite, and professional. The facilities were impeccable. Definitely trust this provider's expertise and that my partner will be well taken care of. (Thank you for all the hard work!)"

"HORRIBLE! PLEASE READ FOR YOUR OWN KNOWLEDGE. I’m disgusted by this office. Definitely a racist doctors office. If you are not of color they treat you poorly. I noticed how they were with others in the office and read some reviews with similar complaints when I was coming to leave this review. The lady at the front desk was talking about me to everyone at the front desk in Spanish every time I’d walk away. I was having issues with my insurance and changing the pcp because my insurance system was down. I ended up switching the pcp online and they still wouldn’t see me because the reference number was needed. My insurance even asked if I could call them later to give it to them the Not to mention, I scheduled an appointment and they had no record. This wasn’t my first time here so they had me in their system. They didn’t even look into anything to try and help. Instead talked about me in Spanish, gave attitude breathing heavy like I was inconveniencing her. The doctor should be ashamed having people like this represent his practice. I brushed it off each time because I’m not feeling well. She thought because I presented myself as Caucasian I wouldn’t know Spanish. She assumed wrong. From the moment I walked in, to walking out, it was an awful experience. I wasn’t surprised though due to how my first visit went last year with this place. My intuition told me to go elsewhere but I went here because it was close to work and they were open later than most offices. I took time off from work for this and it was a complete waste of 45 minutes. I asked to speak to a manager and the lady told me “ I can get her but she’s going to tell you the same thing I just told you and it’s going to be a while until she can speak to you”. Which I figured she would tell me the same thing but that’s not why I wanted to speak with her. Again, she was assuming incorrectly. The manager approached me 3 minutes later and approached me with the wrong name. I then tell the manger my name and she looks at the other girl and tells her I wasn’t that person. She then proceeds to tell me the same thing the girl told me and I politely let her finish and told her about that lady talking about me in Spanish thinking I didn’t understand. I told the manager that is extremely rude and unprofessional. The manager brushes me off and doesn’t apologize or anything. It was as if that was the normal there. She brushes me off and continues saying I can reschedule and provide the number tomorrow. I kindly said no thank you. I will find a different doctor. I just wanted to notify her about the lady at the front desk but it was clear she didn’t care. I had to walk out and recollect myself because of that experience. Please unless your desperate, look for a better doctors office who values your time and health."

"Been trying to go back to work I need my medical information released. I have paper work to be filled out. I have been told twice over the phone that they would fill out my medical form that I just had to be there will the doctor filled it out. I drove here twice and both times they tried to tell me it’s $75. After just speaking on the phone being told it was free. Then I was told it was $1 for each medical form I needed. I asked for the two I needed. They gave me 4 forms. And all the information on them was incorrect. From diagnosis of gastrointestinal to saying I had a Pap smear. So after all that I went ahead and reported this office. Lie after lie. I can’t work until I get my medical records my job is calling for. And the doctor won’t verify that I released this information by saying they were going to call me. They want to be paid to sign paper work but won’t give the Information so I can go to work to make money. Make that make since!"

"This place is miserable, looks like it can’t be worse. Both restrooms are out of order? But the older Hispanic lady can use it, just not the right color of skin to be able to pee on the royal throne. Place is dirty, they cater to their own. Good luck, change providers immediately"

"I’ve been here a few times and every time is a bad experience. The front’s desk unprofessionalism speaks volumes of the doctors. I’m finally writing this review because I took my son out of school to come here for a sports physical and brought my two year old with me. After I make it to the appointment, which I took the day off for, they stated they can’t see my son because I had my two year old with me. This is something I wish was informe when I called. Patients come in to the office and are completely ignored, while three specimens where sitting at the front desk just staring at their computers. I’m convinced the 5 star reviews here are from employees and friends. If you read all the one star reviews they all state similar complaints. I will be reporting them to our insurance. Apparently they have also been accused of fraudulent charges."
