"Came to the store for the first time for some miscellaneous parts. Had to come back 3 times in the same day total due to sizing issues with what I needed. (my fault) I brought the bike with me on the last time around. I showed up an hour before they closed on a Saturday and these guys not only got me the right parts but actually worked on the bike, got it right, and gave me some tips on some other areas of my build. They didn't even charge for their labor/time. Outstanding service, awesome place. You have gained a Lifetime customer. Thank You!"

"I am an hour and a half out away from Jacksonville. I went to three shops looking for parts to rebuild my front hub. Along with asking for a new rim.. so now I visit the forth store.this place. I handing my bag with the axle that I'm looking for the axle and all the new part that I collective was in that bag. So the man takes my axle comes back and says no. So then I asked him about a rim he had one so I bought that. Mind you that was a debacle too. I used my debit card and he said it was denied twice. I walked over to the gas station and used it. Pretty much agitated about the charge that he said was not going through. I wanted my bag and I told him that I would buy the only because your debit machine does not work. Mind you I had more items that I would have bought. But instead I just got the rim. And paid cash. Up to this point would have been better than a one rating. I get home. And I get my bag open it up and there is no axle. The man at the store did not put it back in the bag. So everything I bought from other stores I could not rebuild the center hub because he's took my axle and never gave it back. Mind you I called that same day. He never called back. That's why this place deserves a one rating. I do not recommend this place if you go there you might come home with half of a bike messing."

"Best shop in Jax hands down! I first came here a few months ago with a 1984 Specialized Expedition that needed some restoration to get on the road for my first bicycle. Everyone was super helpful with all my beginner questions and took good care of me on a budget. I kept bringing that bike in for service and upgrades over a few months with great service every time. I’ve recently purchased a new Felt VR60 as an upgrade and it’s been a great experience. A wealth of knowledge from everyone in the shop that also makes you feel like family! Highly recommend."
