"This place is a fraud!!! They ruined my designer clothes and refused to reimburse me! They accused me of washing my clothes while my clothes still had their paper tag stapled on the garments!!! They are liars and frauds!!! They give you a ticket without a price and then when you pick up the clothes you get an outrageous bill where they demand you pay in order to pick up your items!!! Beware of this unprofessional horrible business!!! The owner and his wife are horrible!!! I would never ever step foot in there again!!!!"
"I had my wedding dress dry cleaned here. They threw out my garment bag and refused to replace or reimburse me for it, claiming it was “trash” which is absolutely ridiculous, as the man I spoke to changed his story several times. Their complete lack of interest in helping solve the issue will have me taking my business to a dry cleaners with a better reputation, as I’ve seen a few reviews from customers of theirs items being damaged or stolen and not replaced. A simple replacement bag could have solved this simple issue."
"We've had a generally good experience with Diamond until recently. I had brought a bag of shirts in to be cleaned the place was busy with 3 other customers plis myself and clothes were piled on every surface. As I waited I attempted to count our shirts pulling them from the bag and transferring from arm to arm. Upon it being my turn I approached the counter where the clerk asked me how many and I told him I think 18. He printed a ticket and I was on my way. When I collected my shirts I received 18 however one of my two brand new shirts I had just received for Christmas was not returned. I contacted the shop and had a few exchanges with Gerhard who placed responsibility on me for miscounting. I don't want to imply theft by a diamond employee but my brand new never worn $100 shirt has gone entirely missing. Unfortunately it has destroyed my trust in their systems of accountability for thousands of dollars of clothing."
