They responded quickly to my messages and were able to accommodate the time so I could surprise my sister. Definitely recommend them and will continue to use them in the future."

"I have hired them a few times in the past, which is my mistake for giving them multiple chances. On multiple occasions my house was not cleaned properly. For the most recent clean, we asked for a deep clean. Our house wasn’t dusted, the cleaners vacuum wasn’t working well, the baseboards weren’t cleaned, my bathtub wasn’t cleaned. This was just to name a few things. I ended up having to re-clean myself since I was having realtor photos taken the next day. I reached out to the company and they’ve been ignoring my messages. I DO NOT recommend this company."

"Horrible experience!! We had to redo our bed at 1030 at night after to find the pillowcases not even on the right pillows! The sheets on incorrectly. My husband is vacuuming and fixing our floor that was burned by their cheap vacuum. Dust still all over the dressers Paid $196.00 clearly for nothing. Horrible experience extremely disappointed In the customer experience and the knowledge of the woman telling me that I’m wrong about my own sheets!! Never use this service it’s a disgrace. also this was supposed to be there DEEP CLEANING.. not so deep!!!"

"I recently tried out Suzi’s cleaning for the first time. The cleaning started out with the girl being an hour late but Suzi did reach out and let me know that something happened to the schedule. I asked and paid $175 for a deep clean, the cleaning I received was not even a proper regular clean. The girl who did the cleaning was very sweet and nice. The deep clean was supposed to include washing of the cabinets, baseboards, inside and out of sliding doors. All of which were not done except the inside of the sliders. I notified the owner as soon as I realized those tasks were missed who responded back that if I wanted to schedule again, she would make sure those items are taken care of. I paid for them to be taken care of this time, I’m certainly not interested in paying again when I should have received the service in the first place. After having time to really take a good look at the cleaning I noticed the bathroom floors were not vacuumed or mopped, keep in mind none of the mopping was done with a bucket and water, a swifter is basically used while cleaner is sprayed. The girl that was sent did do an excellent job with the appliances and making up the beds, she even straightened up rooms that I told her she didn’t have to worry about. Unfortunately she was better at straightening and wiping off counter surfaces than doing an official deep clean. I notified the owner again about the tasks missed and how unsatisfied I was, never heard back from her. After reading some of the reviews, I see this is the usual for this company. Wish I would have read the reviews before hand. I would not recommend this company to anyone."

"I was moving into a new home and needed a good deep cleaning. First time using a cleaning company because I didn’t want to focus on cleaning but unpacking. Unfortunately, I needed to redo all the cleaning because it was done poorly. They sent one lady to do a large sqft home. She was only there for 3 hours which seemed pretty fast considering the size of my new home. The baseboards were not all wiped down and mopping is not done with water. the appliance cleaning was included but I opted to do my own fridge and told her I can do the self cleaning oven. So basically all she had to do was the microwave to which she pulled out the inner tray and dumped it on the stovetop very aggressively. She was very aggressive with her cleaning style. We heard banging, slamming doors through out, and knocking into walls (vigorous vacuuming). I have two stars because they did send someone short notice and offered to send someone else to help me clean after I reached out to express my disappointment. I passed. It’s super unfortunate because this company came very Recommended by friends."
