"Recently purchased a home with an existing pool. The pool was in good shape but was not heated and needed some minor repairs/maintenance. I spent weeks calling various companies looking for someone to come and assess the pools needs and install a heater. The majority of companies I called told me they were only doing new pool construction or never returned my call at all. Finally, I found Edgewater Pools. They immediately responded to my inquiry and scheduled a service call to assess my pools needs. Once the service visit was complete, their technical called me to discuss what he found. He did this prior to sending the estimate so that I would understand everything being suggested. They completed the service promptly and professionally. Their technician stayed in touch throughout the entire installation process. Once completed, he walked my wife and I through the entire system. Then he followed up a few days later to make sure we were happy and everything was working correctly. A few weeks later we had some issues with our spa (which they did not work on preciously). I called Edgewater and they put me on the phone with a tech to ask questions and had me scheduled for a service call the next day. Their technician spent ample time going over everything with my wife to ensure she knew how to run the system and answer all of her questions. It is so difficult to find trustworthy and capable help in this market. Edgewater Pools consistently went above and beyond for my family. Everyone from their office staff to their technicians provided exceptional customer service. It honestly doesn’t get any better than Edgewater Pools."

The renovation included a full re-pipe of the pool, new equipment, new spa, a new pool finish and a full re-tile of the lanai. Major work. We had family scheduled to visit and had a very aggressive timetable to finish before their arrival. Edgewater completed the project on the exact date promised and at the exact price quoted. They were lightning fast. There were staff on site every single day. We were informed of every move and what would be happening next. The folks were nice, competent and moved like a military machine. Cannot recommend them any more highly."
