"Long time customer of this location, even prior to martinizing taking over, but recently a few issues with rude staff, shrinking of clothing, and a loss of item. Poor ownership of the issues at hand."
"Awful Customer Service! The woman at this location that waited on me was extremely rude. I went to pick up my Dry Cleaning order and when she retrieved my clothing she insisted that another customers dress was mine, as if I don't know my clothing. Her attitude is lousy and there for I will never use this Dry Cleaners again."
"I highly value excellent customer service, yet unfortunately, my recent visit to this establishment left much to be desired. Upon entering, I was greeted by what I believe to be the owner, who immediately questioned why I had brought only one item for service. To my dismay, he proceeded to insult me by implying that my single item wasn't worth their time, stating that he wouldn't bother coming to a dry cleaner for just one item. In an attempt to defuse the situation, I explained that I had been working out at La Fitness, conveniently located nearby, and had simply grabbed the shirt from my car seat to drop off while passing by. Despite my explanation, he persisted in asking why I would go through the trouble for just one item. Feeling disrespected and frustrated, I chose to disengage and remain silent, as I had already clarified my reasons. This encounter was entirely unprecedented in my lifetime, and it has left me deeply disappointed. Consequently, I have decided that I will not patronize this establishment again in the future."
