"I really want to like this office - but the care we are getting has been so hit or miss. Sadly, it is not the doctor, but his staff. We spent six months chasing down a prescription for my husband to get medically necessary medical garments to control his lymphedema in his leg. We had to drive to their office ourselves to get a hard copy of the prescription because despite confirming the fax number of the garment provider multiple times. What’s worse is you can’t call and get an actual person, and they never call you back. I recently had some bloodwork done, and a lipid panel was left off of the requested testing, so I called on Friday and left a message on a line that said I would be called back within 24 hours - and it didn’t happen. The attitude we get when we make simple requests is making continuing a relationship with this office nearly impossible. I had a prescription refill I needed and I called half a dozen times, got no return call, and was finally able to through only to be lectured about how they could only give me two months of the prescription because it had been almost a year since they had seen me last - but the delay was their fault, so I had to push back to get the prescription refills I deserved. I like Dr. Mañe - but I am not sure I can continue with the poor management of this office."

"Having experience working in the Hospital with many Drs for years and seeing how they treat both patients and nursing, Dr Mañé has been the choice for many of us, as he is thorough, genuinely caring and does not dismiss patients concerns, and takes the time to explain and educate on conditions and treatments. You can tell that he enjoys caring for patients and it shows greatly in the time, patience and dedication he gives."

"I went to see dr. Mane a few months ago because of my issues with cholesterol, anxiety and insomnia. He is a nice guy but his nurse practitioner Greg Disel treated me stellar. I have had splitting headache because of not sleeping and he was terrible. He is one of the worst I have ever seen in my life. Steven who is receptionist in his office is a nice guy but not very smart. Bottom line I had to hire a lawyer because what Greg and Steve have done to me. I have nothing against dr. Mane but if he wants to stay in business he needs to change his stuff. Bottom line is, if you want to stay healthy avoid his office because!"
