"I scheduled my appt. online and correspondence was good. Place was clean, easy check in, short wait time and the phlebotomist was professional and polite. I had no issues with Quest, only with rude people there waiting."

"Please go anywhere eals than here. They are awful with there Patience. I was here for a glucose test and was yelled at and grabbed aggressively by the lady and told that she would just stick me again if I moved. I kindly told her before starting that I am very afraid of needles and I'm going to do my best not to move or cry. But she still treaded me with complete disrespect and anger when I started to cry and flinched. Just pass on this one and go to the one in Brooksville, they were very sweet and respectful and knew how to work with those who are afraid of needles."

"I didn’t have an appointment, walked in and signed in. I was immediately served by Mona. She had excellent customer service, she made me feel comfortable. She is very personable and professional. Top notch service! Thank you."

"Absolutely rude people work here. You shouldn't work with people if you don't like people. Needed to be tested for employment arrived at 2:10PM. There was no one around to assist customers. Building was empty and after I signed in I heard the employees say they didn't want to test me today. They waited until 2:45PM to come out and tell me that employment testing ends at 2:30PM. In the time they spent arguing about not testing me I could have been done. Laziness and rude is an understatement about the employees in this building. Arguing about helping someone get a job by just doing their job is inhumane and despicable. It's a shame 0 stars is not an option."

"Took a friend to get labs drawn. She didn't have an appointment so she was on the standby list. Honestly thought we would be there a long time but that was not the case. They had 20 appointments and we waited maybe 10 minutes or so. It was great."
