"As my first time there I had to fill out paperwork. Unfortunately due to my strokes and all I don't have much of a memory so I didn't know the medicines I was looking it up on my chart portal. As the nurses asked me to find the medicines I was frantically looking but the doctor came in right away I had to put the phone down to listen to what he was saying cuz I could barely hear him due to the mask he had on his face. Then I finally found my medicine after he walked out and when he came back in I told him I had found some of the important medicines where's my exact words and he said it's too late he can't fill him out cuz he already put in the order to fill the others. So was I taking care of hell to the no I will be finding a new doctor thank you very much."
