"I just called to check on 2 prescriptions. I’d requested them via app 1 over a week ago. I requested 1 today. They never indicated on the app that They were sent to my doctor for refills. Same as one last week.The customer service rep was unbelievably rude to me, would not listen and she hung up on me. I called back and I was helped. It turned out that they were never sent to my doctor. Something has change with this store. I should not have to call for status and my issue could not have been solved by the customer service number. I still can’t believed she hung up on me and I wish I had listened to her name.
