"The worst experience ever, they cheat and overcharge, we arrive to the hotel and they cancelled the reservation and wanted us to be at a hotel where everithing was dirty and in really bad conditions. They sell plans to steal all your money and charge you more if you want something good. The worst experience, te worst company, cheaters, such a terrible travel thanks you, never buy anything in Lilo cheaters travel!!!"

"If I could give this agency 0 stars I would ! Like one of the reviews said it’s a hoax and offer fake packages is completely true I confirm that as what they did to me they “booked” me at a resort in Orlando I get there and they tell me I had canceled reservations on July 10th remind you I had just been driving for 14 hrs! I get in contact with them and they tell me they have no idea why that happened and that they will try to find me something else. When they did find me something else it was not at all what we had agreed on they gave me less days than they were suppose to the hotel was tiny barely fit my family of 4 I kept calling to see if they can resolve my problem and they wouldn’t help at all so disappointing would never book through an agency again because of them I have lost all trust in agency because of Lilo travel ! Worse agency ever !!"
