30A Beach Girls

"So thankful to have worked with Hollie and the 30ABeachGirls team to find a home suitable for our stay in January, 2024. The house had all of the amenities needed (and more) for a large group, was impeccably clean and provided plenty of room for everyone to relax and recharge. An added benefit was having laundry rooms on both the first and second floor. Having access to bikes and a golf cart was a nice touch too. Perfect location, amazing customer service and can’t wait to book again next year. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"

"I have nothing but raving things to say about Hollie and the 30ABeachGirls team. The home is remarkable and just one block from the beach. (If google reviews would let me share videos I’d have even more fun to share). They have everything you need to host an entire group at the house and each space has ample room. We’ve stayed at other locations that claimed to sleep 20 but this actually sleeps 20 very very comfortably. They have a full size kitchen with tons of small appliances for cooking, the pool and hot tub were incredible. We did a cold plunge at 45 degrees, then ate dinner and hung out a bit then went back in for a hot tub experience before bed. There’s also an outdoor kitchen if you plan to be outdoors more (we were there in January when. A cold front came through so we kept the cooking indoors). A group of us rode bikes the 4 miles down to the popular black bear bread co and it was a very easy ride. Definitely utilize the bikes! We had one concern at 9pm with a door sensor that was going off and we couldn’t figure out why. Hollie answered quickly and helped us troubleshoot the problem. You cannot beat the location or the customer service of this team. You aren’t dealing with an off hands, automated owner but a girlfriend who is hosting you for the weekend to make your trip as best as possible. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"

"30A Beach Girls were the perfect hosts while staying at Tranquil Breeze for the 30a Songwriters Festival recently. Tranquil Breeze is a beautiful property right on 30a in Seacrest. We only had to cross 30a in order to watch sunsets on the beach and enjoy the dolphins at play in the mornings. The house was very well stocked with dishes, glassware, and pots and pans. The beds were firm and very comfortable. The living area was open plan and the large dining table and plentiful seating was a great spot for playing games and visiting. A wonderful time was had by all. We will definitely be returning to Tranquil Breeze in the summer so we can enjoy the neighborhood pool!"

"We had the most amazing stay at All Decked Out Seagrove! This was the perfect week long girls getaway house! The house was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and had everything we could have asked for! The hot tub and pool area is absolutely beautiful, and the multiple outdoor living spaces were perfect places to hang out, have morning coffee and relax. The views from the rooftop deck, especially the sunset, were unbelievably stunning. It was like living in a dream, and the location (close to beach access and Seaside shopping) was perfect! I would absolutely stay at All Decked Out Seagrove again, and plan to come back with my family!"
