"I know we all have bad days and sometimes it can show but it seems like the employee today was not happy. Came in for a BLT footlong, i asked if only the bacon could be toasted, the guy seemed bothered and only grabbed a small amount. After seeing that it hardly had bacon even though it was a BLT, I asked for more and he was not pleased. At the end I paid $18+ for a sandwich that i had to toast the bacon at home. BLT should have at least 8 pieces of bacon when it's a footlong. Hopefully he has a better day tomorrow"
"This is my go-to place when I'm hungry. I love their meatball subs. That's all I ever ordered. Why? A habit. I'm sure all the other subs are good. I prefer the meatball sub. I don't eat there, I get my stuff and go. One day, I'll try something different."
"Ordered a 6" meatball sub online. I got TWO TINY meatballs and the rest is just bread, sauce, and cheese. I'd give them ZERO stars if it was a choice."

I don't even know if this employee was well trained, or lacking knowledge, or lacking enthusiasm or what?...but just see for yourself, my order (extra cheese, honey mustard, spicy Italian) vs what I actually got! I mean, where is the salami????? where's the extra cheese, where is the honey mustard!????? Paying for something and getting another is unacceptable! Please get your team and communicate this. These are the issues that cause us customers to stop ordering !"
"Pretty clean restaurant but there was only one employee who had been woefully undertrained and had no capacity to multi-task. 20 minutes late on an "express order". Won't be back"
