"I hate to be such a Karen but this chipotle is always on one in the worst possible way. If they’re not out of chips, it’s fajitas, salad dressing or anything else. I can’t count the amount of times I’ve gone and they’re out of chicken or steak and the line is outside of the door because they waited until they were out to start cooking. On top of it, they never have their agua frescas and their trash is always full. The photos were taken at 7pm when they close at 11! Horrible management"
"I can almost guarantee you that if you were to go to any other chipotle restaurant, you will get proper serving sizes of food. They cheap out and give you the smallest portions of food such as the chosen protein and guacamole where they do the “tap” to serve you less. For how expensive the food is, that is absolutely sad how this restaurant is run. Do better."

"I like Chipotle overall. This location gets very busy. They do a good job for the most part with prepping your food and the food service, which is the most important part. However, what it lacks are a few things. They get so busy that garbage gets piled up and is coming out of the bins. The beverage fountains are out of ice and a mess. The restroom doesn't have paper towels. The place could use a little love on the cleanliness. I know it's busy and the employees are working hard but cleanliness is huge."
"Terrible service! The employees are trying to go so fast that they throw food and make a mess on the containers and counters. They don’t clean it up, and they drag the containers on top of the contaminated food. The kitchen in the back is filthy, and they prepare the rice on top of a dirty counter. They ignore what you ask them to put on your food. I said a little bit of medium sauce, and they put a huge blob. I said no cheese, and they put cheese. The floors are dirty with food. Extremely disappointed with how filthy the restaurant looked. I wanted to go to the back to help them clean. Extremely unappealing to come back."
