"Ordered Avocado TropiChop with chicken. What I got: 6 pieces of dry chicken, in general the food was sloppy, avocado super sour as if they soaked it in a lime juice. I had big hopes for sweet plantains, I mean you can't go wrong with that, right? Wrong. Dry plantains with a long thick hair wrapped around them. Long story short - haven't finished my food, lost appetite and sincerely regretted spending $18 on that..."
"This location has messed up my Uber Eats order twice now. Both times I had missing items, and while I was able to get a refund from the app, it’s disappointing. I’ve tried calling to speak with someone, but you’re left holding for 3-4min before getting a recording saying you’ve reached them after hours, even though it’s well within their operating hours. I’m not surprised to see so many bad reviews on here. Please get it together."
"I placed an order and it was incomplete. I was missing one dessert and side. This is no the first time that happened to me. The chicken was undercooked. No sauces. These mistakes keep happening. I don’t know what is wrong with the staff and management. The only said I’m sorry I apologize but nothing change. I should call the health department to investigate."

This is the second Pollo Tropical location to ruin an order like this. The full bowl is from Pollo Tropical in sweetwater off Flagler and 107th avenue. The pathetic looking bowl is from Pollo Tropical in Miami Lakes off 67th avd and the Palmetto."
