"Horrible experience... me and my family tried this place more than once and their food is over priced for sure but good so we didn't mind that but I went today ( Wednesday the 10th 2024) and I waited for someone to help me for over 5 minutes at least while 4 girls where in front of me. 2 where actually working and the other 2 ( one of them was the cashier girl ) where just chatting and didn't care that not just me but another lady was also waiting for someone to take our order, so the lady asks me if anyone took my order yet so she can order but I told her that I've been waiting for over 5 minutes and no one came, then suddenly the cashier girls notices me talking to the lady and instantly gives me attitude in a loud voice saying we are talking about work! I don't speak Spanish so I had no idea what they were talking about but even if you were talking about work, your priority should be the costumer in front of you and you definitely don't talk to people like that cashier girl talked to me, specially when I wasn't even talking to her. I'm definitely hurt and never coming back again for sure. The time was 3 pm when I was there, incase anyone in this restaurant cares about costumers or reputation or at least good service!"
"My husband and I arrive for dinner time one hour before the closing, the staff was super friendly with us and the food was really great and was in our table faster than what we were expecting. They also have a lot of choose of wine and dessert."
"Highly recommend Gauchos! Empanadas are amazing and so are the lunch items. Churrasco is also a great option! Its a great place to go for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Love this Miami Lakes restaurant."
"Not for breakfast! Don’t ask for any meat it will be reheated from previous days. The staff is super friendly but has not clue about serving morning breakfast!"
