"I purchased a used tires from them on Saturday. I went home, parked the car and didn’t get back into it till Monday upon getting in the car on Monday. I noticed that my tire light was on. I took it back to them for them to repair it and they wanted me to pay for the plug, when they are the one that sold me the leaking tire used tire. I explained to her why should I pay for a tire that y’all sold me that was leaking? She told me that There was no warranty on used tires and I should at least pay labor for the guys fixing the tire, Even though it was their fault. very poor customer service"
"I went first to walmart auto care center, they told me don't work with tires bigger than 32" and my tires were 35", after that I drove to A&E tires and had a bad experience with a guy who told me 35" will don't fit in my truck, and gave me the best advice: go to Jordy's tire service. When I arrived they give me a friendly smile, they start working on my pick up real quick, mounting and balance my tires , and double check tires don't touch the car body on turnings."
