"Front desk, well there's one lady who is nice, the other doesn't even look at you. Second of all some therapists are so irresponsable, obnoxious and disrespectful. You can tell all they want is the money. I hope the owner sees this post and has a meeting with them because this is out of hand with some of them. If they can't be respectful don't work as a "counselor" because they're the first one's who need counseling on how to control their emotions and socializing!!!!!"

"This is by far the most stressful mental health clinic I've ever dealt with. They don't answer the phone and don't return messages. None of their numbers accept text messages. They just don't care. Right now they keep sending me documents to sign, but I can't open them so have no idea what they are even regarding. I've emailed them and didn't get a response. I've asked the therapist I was assigned, Maria, for help with these issues and she says she's a private contractor and has nothing to do with it. So the company won't help me and their employee won't help me. How do you deal with an organization that is secretive and elusive? They are supposed to be helping me with mental health issues, but are instead creating an endless amount of stress. How do you deal with a company that won't answer their phone or return patient's phone messages?! I honestly believe they are sadistic and enjoy tormenting their patients. No one is accessible so of course no one is accountable for their abhorrent behavior. Shame on a mental health company to be so incompetent! Response: I have been a patient for many months and started leaving messages, and asking for help, in mid November 2022 (it's now the end of Feb 2023) so you've had ample opportunity to contact me and make it right and you chose not to!"
