"I must say that I am attending this medical clinic Orlando Family Medical myself and my husband and I must mention we are very happy with this clinic the front desk workers I believe they are medical Assistants and the are very professional and knowledgeable also the lab technicians are excellent also Nurse Practitioner who has been treating me is very knowledgeable I have to say this my husband kidney blood work was ignored for a entire year with the doctor at ST Peter Medical Group in poinciana they are the worst I am saying this please everybody do not go to St Peter medical Group in poinciana. Orlando Family Medical are the best very professional and knowledgeable I will recommend them to the world I am saying this because I am a Registered Nurse and in the medical field for over 30yrs so I know when a client is not do a good job"

"Bad experience complained to manager and it didn’t make a difference. Every time I go in this place I leave frustrated from the bad customer service. Also how do you Schedule an English speaking patient with a doctor that cannot communicate with her in English? A Spanish speaking doctor is great for a Spanish speaking person but for someone who do not speak Spanish her doctor needs to be able to communicate with her in a language she understands."

"Go somewhere else, not worth the hassle. I have reported the front desk staff and doctors many times. I have waited more than 3 hours to have them cancel my appointment or to push me to see another doctor who will not help you because “I am not your doctor”. The front desk will make all types of excuses to cancel or change your appointment and tell you, you have to wait another month and half to see your primary doctor even though you show up on time and wait three hours. Please just DONT DO IT! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! You have been warned! The doctors are not worth the hassle as they allow this to continue to happen!"

"I can tell you one thing The parking is atrocious there's barely any room for people they over schedule too many, and if the parking lot's full you got to find a random parking spot nearby and pray to God it doesn't get towed away because even the size of the street are tollway zones and the parking lot next over has a tow away zone. Either way overcrowded and even disrespectful with simple questions."
