"If you are interested in renting a property managed by Vacasa, look elsewhere. The support can literally ruin your vacation. Just lectured by local Vacasa that I shouldn’t listen to the Vacasa team members that are not local. “They’re not local, so they don’t know how we can get out to solve the problem.” I have one number to call, regardless of who answered, no resolution. No internet on a rainy day with conference calls scheduled. No urgency to help."

"Horrible company to rent from. Called a week prior to arrival to cancel reservation. Understanding that I would not get amount paid for rental refunded. Was asking for cleaning fee to be refunded as my father in law traveling from Michigan was sick and could not travel to Florida. Since no one was staying in the unit, cleaning it would he unnecessary. Vacasa's reply to me was, since I am local to the area, no refund would be given. I could have gone to unit during the reservation period. What?!?!?! I live here, I don't need to go to a vacation rental. They could check the ring camera on the front door and verify that I didn't go into unit. Instead, they decided to pocket the cleaning fee and penalized me for being a local. Had I used VRBO or a local vacation rental company, my cleaning fee would be refunded up until checkin or in this case non check in. Then I go to leave a review on VACASA site that I rented through and it tells me that I've already left a review.. You guessed it, I have already left a 5 star rating. Which I did NOT leave a 5 star rating. STAY AWAY FROM VACASA AT ALL COSTS!"

"Love the cottage feel, but, hot tub jets do not work. The carpet is really nasty in our unit. Could use some fixing up. Not such a good location if you are wanting to spend time on the beach!"
