"The room (105) smelled so moldy and mildewy that we had to leave and find other accommodations... The ac would also put out alot of humidity. Not to mention being attacked by ants twice in our bed and 3 times in the kitchen. The staff is nice, but the room wasn't very clean. There was a smashed roach on the front of the cabinet, dirty dishes in the dishwasher and even somebody's previous stuff in the freezer. We were there BC we are locals and our house was flooded and damaged by the water heater and we were going through the insurance process-so it wasn't a vacation nor a business trip really it was out of sheer necessity- but I had them get us out of there. We were waking up with sore throats, headaches and even nausea. I also have medical issues with my breathing, and was having time resort to breathing treatments, which I usually do not have to do unless I'm really sick. I couldn't breathe in there... Which oddly was a main reason I couldn't stay home...the risk of mold BC we had so much damage and the process was causing lung issues with the machines they brought in too . My husband even cleaned the disgusting air filters, didn't work. We tried covering up the smell with febreeze clip on car vent air fresheners - didnt work. Unacceptable, BC we also had my 16 month old son.. And his feet were black everyday from that carpet. Aside from the nice staff .... There's nothing you could possibly want from this place but an infection or insect bites... Below are pics of the ants in our bed. They got me and my son during a nap the first day, I found some kids fruit snack beside the bed then-bc I went looking for the source( note-my son doesn't eat those) and got all of us one night.... We even bought ant bait and put it out ... While waiting on the approval to move."

"My Suite was wonderful. It was spacious, clean, room was odor free, quiet location. Plenty of parking, open large swimming pool. Staff was friendly and kind. One important negative is its time zone location. It is on the boarder of est and cst. The cell phone I used switched time zones and I was late to my meeting. Suggestion to hotel management is to put up signs of possible time zone discrepancy as well as mention this to each customer upon check in. Other than this issue I will definitely stay here when I come back."

"Our stay was just fine. No issues with the room or AC. Not much available for the continental breakfast, but that’s ok. The staff were great during our stay and the pool was a welcome place to unwind for the kids after the beach. I’d stay here again. I’d recommend the beaches at Stone State Park. It’s 25 minutes+, but easy to get to from the hotel."
