"Sunny Side Up was the best beach house vacation rental we've ever stayed in at CSB. The house was incredibly clean and so well stocked with almost anything you can think of (minus food of course). The views are amazing, the proximity of the house to the boardwalk is unbeatable. We will definitely be staying here again soon."

"We rented Summer Salt. 3 stars breaks my heart. I would love to give 5 stars just for the beach alone... but Cape San Blas Vacation Rentals has nothing to do with that. The house is beautiful. Of course the beach is beautiful. We loved our time on the beach. The house however, turned out to be not so great. Imagine being sound asleep in a comfortable bed in an air conditioned master suite snug as a bug in a.... oops our bed. Hundreds of bugs (flying ants) landing and crawling on you while you sleep... all. week. long. Went to the office across the street to tell them about it. "Sorry, there's nothing we can do." I know sometimes these ants swarm... I live in the south. They never get in my house... at least not like this. They get in the pool by the thousands. Never, in my house. These ants were coming into the master bedroom through a can light in the ceiling in the middle floor. I spent each night killing at least 100 ants throughout the night. They were on us while sleeping, on the curtains, on the TV, everywhere. Our doors and windows remained closed always because we like it cool and it's almost 80° at night, so we don't bother trying to listen to the waves while we sleep. Doors remained closed every night. You'd think spending almost $4k on a house for a week, you could sleep without bugs crawling on you... If you are looking for a rental on Cape San Blas, look elsewhere, unless you like bugs on you while you try to sleep. Seriously, you have been warned. This place needs better pest control."

"I am trying to find the owner of this company. We are currently staying at Beach Retreat. We arrived to a dirty beach front rental. The ants are horrible in the kitchen. We've tried to reach out to the office. The lady that we spoke to named Tammy hung up on my daughter. She was trying to ask for alternate arrangements as they are restoring the beach directly in front of Beach Retreat. There is no beach access out front and the heavy equipment is running twenty four seven. We were told if we wanted to turn the keys in she would refund us for the nights not used. Upon checking other rentals there is no availability. I believe she knew this. The other rental locations were checking where beach renovations would be. I would say she had the same access and were "in the same loop" as to the process. This ten hour drive with 6 adults and three children was truly a waist of vacation time and money. At the very least they could refund the difference between beach front and not. We paid to walk out the door and be on the beach."

"We love the little triplex, called Recess B, managed by Cape San Blas Vacation Rentals. Very “old Florida” style. Simple and tidy with no frills but just right with the most beautiful beach right there and no crowds. So many stars at night with practically no light pollution! Perfect for a low key family get away."
