"The location is 10 stars. The house itself gets 3 of 5 stars only because its a little old. But still clean and simple a lot like a 10 year old tract home would be inside. But its just enough and the amazing location and views make up for it all. Right on the beach, steps away from the water, and not not too deep into the peninsula so its right in the middle of where we want to be. There's not homes behind or in front to bother you like further down the peninsula. Beach is rather empty in front for an already empty beach in comparison to anywhere else. It's nice and secluded. If you want a luxury rental there's more further down the peninsula but they often have more rooms/space than needed. Plus I doubt they are as close to the water as this. The deck is rather new and not aging, splintering wood like most of the places have. House is a little pricey, but its in line with other rentals in the area and this one is probably on the higher end of the mid-range spectrum in terms of interior quality + location."
