"What's not to love? We had three great weeks at All Conched Out, and loved everything about the house. I already miss my favorite morning coffee spot and nighttime stargazing spot on the upper deck. The screen porch was second favorite. Everything was clean and comfortable. The beach was a quick walk down the boardwalk and visible from the sun deck. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located. Thanks for a very relaxing time away."

"Keep in mind that the company will only post reviews of your stay in your chosen rental if your review was positive. Negative reviews do not make it....we rented a unit Sunrise/sunset B-5; Cape San Blas....(an area we LOVE). The pictures on the overview showed a wide beach....the beach is no longer there...there is a sea wall that completely surrounds the building. At the lowest tide we could not walk in front of the unit without getting our feet wet. Yes, it is beach front as advertised....but,no place to put our chairs, On the day we arrived a woman slipped on the stairs going down to the beach, broke her leg in 2 places. This is your access to the beach...the stairs lean precariously and are, more often than not, wet. There is no warning sign. There is a sign on the right side of the building, warning you that you must use the fore mentioned condo stairs...going around the building on the right is trespassing on that particular lot. We met the owner of the lot on the left side of building A, he was kind enough to allow us to use his lot for our beach access and gear... I wrote a lengthy review of the property...including remarks about needed maintenance and cleaning....I am not terribly picky when renting a beach unit...I understand how difficult it is for owners to stay on top of everything....but, cleanliness is important to me...this was grubby....old grubby... After writing the review, I received a call from the company....she assured me that the last time she had been to the unit, there was a wide beach....must have been before the sea wall was built, completely surrounding the units. She blamed it on tides and rain...really? When I suggested a sign warning folks of the dangerous stairs, her response was that the homeowners had to do that....I hope they have good insurance! The overview should mention that there may be no beach. Renters should be able to make that decision.... I have rented several times from Paradise over the last 15 years... I have had mostly good experiences...however, there have been several problems before...."

"Home was in a lovely location. Home was in very poor condition. Deck was literally falling apart, slats were unattached and hanging creating a huge safety issue, the rails were weak and wobbly, the ugly peeling paint was the least of my worries. I would not let any of the children on the deck because I was afraid one of them would fall. The pilings under the house were crumbling away and you could see the exposed rebar on all of them. It looks like the house might just fall to the ground in a big storm. Wallpaper was falling off the walls, mold in the bathrooms, kitchen was poorly stocked. The biggest issue of the week was that the AC was not working properly so the house was extremely hot all week. The rental company did send a repairman out to look at it but he basically said that the ac was too old and needed replaced. None of my other concerns about the house were adressed by management. The people were very friendly when I checked in and when I made the reservation. I was just very disappointed in the homes condition. Again, I will say the home's location was wonderful and we had gorgeous views all week. We have been visiting Cape San Blas for 10 years and never had a negative experience with a rental until this one. I would not risk renting from this company again in the future."

"Do yourself a favor and find a different rental company. Our rental house had various problems such as poor cleanliness, a sliding glass door that would not slide properly, and a dish washing machine that would not function. When we checked in the staff seemed friendly enough, until we mentioned the issues we were having. The staff began to become dismissive and created excuses when the issues were brought up, including telling us that there were no issues with our door when it clearly had been malfunctioning for quite some time. Other than this, general maintenance seems to be sparse. Interior paint was chipped, cobwebs were on most vents, the deck was in poor condition and did not feel safe, some of the stairs outside were missing supports, and the interior did not seem to have been updated for a couple of decades. In my opinion, it seems that the property manager has not done their due diligence in keeping the property in shape and seems to have failed to inform the property owner of any issue. There are plenty of rental companies in Florida. Please, take a look around and find one that wants to care for their customers. This one certainly does not."
