“Enjoyed a fantastic kebab, true German style! Unlike other places that claim to do them, this was the closest I've come after having spent 25 years living in Germany. While there was no tzatziki, the homemade sauce it was served with was a perfect substitute, and the meat and bread were simply delicious. Great staff and a lovely owner. I'll certainly be back.”

“I came down from Arthur's Seat completely winded and picked a restaurant at random by looking for Scottish cuisine. The day prior had been my birthday but I was traveling all day and didn't get to enjoy it. The staff was lovely and when I left the food and wine up to the hostess/owner kept bringing hit after hit. I was seated right before a fully booked dinner rush but the service was not lacking despite the hurry.”

“The food was great. Deep fried oyster mushrooms were so lovely and the sauce was nice. The cauliflower curry was very tasty as well and very suitable for rice. The most stunning dish for me was the mango sorbet. The portion was big and it costs only 4 quid. The taste was amazing as well. You can feel mango and lime flavour balanced in the mouth. Highly recommend this restaurant. They have a moderate number of vegan dishes as well.”

“I love the pie and I love the ice cream which was so real and real home made ice cream experience Pie was so delicious!!! And the venison (deer) meat was very delicious too . Staff were lovely and make me feel comfortable despite of the opposing efforts of the “guys””

“Not sure why it is at 4.1 stars. Yes, it is a chain but it is clean, tasty, and has a wide variety of Doner based options. It was some of the least expensive food we ate in Edinburgh and amongst the best. If you're hungry go there and don't hesitate.”

“Their website was very straightforward and easy to navigate. The products were all reasonably proced. Online payment accepts Paypal which is very convenient. Order arrived earlier than expected.
