“If you want to do sports this is certainly a place that you can do that. It has a pool. The hockey pitches do get a bit soggy if it's been raining but that will happen.”

“My little boy started nursery over 6 months ago and he loves coming. The staff are very friendly, the nursery set up is lovely with plenty of toys and activities inside and outside. The staff keep me updated throughout the day via app called baby days on how my little boy is getting on, e.g photos, what time he goes to sleep, what he has to eat etc etc which is lovely see when you’re at work as it reassures me in in safe hands! I looked round a few nurseries before choosing the Carlton, but something just felt ‘right’ about bringing my little one here. I would highly recommend the Carlton Nursery to anyone thinking of taking their little one to nursery.”

“I have worked for Mercy Care for nearly 21 years, and have loved and enjoyed my time working, with such wonderful team. As staff, we care about each other as much as caring for residents. It has always been a happy home, and hopefully, always will be. Over the years, as staff, we have wonderful memories of the relations of our residents. With whom we had a loving relationship. And I personally miss seeing a lot of those people. Everyone that’s come here to work, never wants to leave. That says something. And a BIG thank you to our Management team , who are very supportive. Thanks to our Manager, who supported us so well during this horrible period of Covid-19, by making sure we had all our PPE. We stayed safe and kept our residents safe. She even supplied many other homes with gowns etc, so they could be safe as well. As the saying goes Management is the Making and the Breaking of a place. So thank you again to our Manager. “We saw Cats in December 2012 here and was blown away! I had heard other people talk about the venue and how good it was, and they where right. Since then my husband and I have beeen to the Comedy Club (AMAZING!!!) and saw Westside Story and Les Mis! We have stopped going to Derby Live & Derby Theatre since finding this place. You can tell the staff really care about the venue and it customers. I highly recommend going to see a show.”

“I'm going to secondary school after going to ossy primary and I have been bullied in the past but the teachers have sorted everything out so I would definitely recommend this school and I already miss all of the teachers especially Mr Gard, Miss O'brien, Mrs Kniveton and Miss Hague”

“Superb care and educated beyond school intake levels for all, especially for SENCo provision. My nephew attended La Petite Academy for 3 years; and since with their help, has come on leaps and bounds. Being an experienced primary teacher I have to certainly recommend. I watched my nephew not only grow academically but also as a confident young boy. Key workers and management were so helpful with the plan given to my brother for support and even as he moved up to primary gave advice and assistance with the transition which I know can often be traumatic.”

“My daughter had a Superhero and Princess theme party package for 30 children and it was amazing all of the kids loved it and the party organisers had Elsa singing, parachute and obstacle course, face painting, dancing and bouncy castle. Great value for money and the children had the time of their lives! Thank you born to party!”

“After being heavily involved in drama groups and small productions I came to an age where I wanted to further develop my acting and performance skills. Joining Theatre Cats straight away impacted my confidence, and self belief. Having such a variety of teaching methods helped each individual in different ways through workshops, games, improvisation, exams and full productions. Theatre Cats wasnt just a educational experince it became a big part of my life, creating life long friends and allowed me to have such a strong support network for future works. The skills and tools gained from these classes made me realise what I wanted to do with the talented I now saw I had. After recently graduating from Edgehill University with a 1st class degree in musical theatre, and writing and creating a variety of short films and a being freelance model, the possibilities for the future are so exciting. I want to thank the Theatre Cats family for helping me along the way!”

“Absolutely wonderful 5th Birthday Party today! Can not thank Dizzy The Wizard enough. Nothing was too much trouble, even hosting an Xmas birthday disco in June! The party games, snow machine and magic show were amazing and Dizzy had all the children in hysterics. The birthday girl was made to feel so special and the adults were as entertained by Dizzy the Wizard as the children were. Can't recommend highly enough. Thank you.”
