During my chat with Maxine, I expressed my dissatisfaction with my choice because I found the day/date display distracting and wished I had thought of that before purchasing it. To get to the point, today, I ended up with a replacement for my bad choice and a bracelet fitted because I did't want the supplied leather strap, and all without having to pay anything extra. Maxine and her colleague (name unknown) were not only most helpful, but provided a standard of service I very rarely see these days.”
