Karim has time for you, you are not rushed and can talk latest fashion items and what is in trend to nostalgic antique pieces. His knowlege of jewelry is outstanding. I sent a Fossil watch directly to Fossil and they said it couldn't be repaired but Merchants sorted it. We have just had Yvonne's white gold rings re-rhodiumed and a cracking job done and a lot less than the High Street charge.
