Pub in Cork

“This is one of my regular go to pubs. It served AMAZING hearty pub food and the specials are always exciting to choose from. The menu is small but packs a punch. Pictured here is the chicken fajitas. The chicken was marinated and seasoned perfectly for fajitas. The tortillas were so soft and fresh and the portion was huge. Service is always awesome and the owners are great craic. Love coming in here for a meal, a few pints and a few good laughs. 5 star for a pub!”

“Local bar with all sports interest. The bar has 3 ring teams,3 dart teams,2 don teams and a fishing club oh also golf club. Live music at weekends. Great bar for partys (food/music free of charge). Daytime shows a great interest in horse racing always a good craic. Bingo on tues/fri nights. So always something happening.”

“My friend and I popped in for a drink and when we got to our table we cheered eachother for our birthdays which were that day, really just quiet and to ourselves, and the barwoman came over a few mins later with nachos and sweets for our birthday as she overheard us- how nice is that! The interior is really nice, scandi, we werent upstairs only downstairs.”

“I highly recommend the Ovens Bridge restaurant. We have been here several times over the years when travelling in Ireland. It is a favorite of ours that never fails to impress. It is recently reburbished and I love the new decor. It is refined yet warm and comfortable. The staff and owners are warm, welcoming and very gracious. My husband and I had dinner with my sister and her partner there on Thursday February 9th. The whole experience was great. From sitting by the fire, the staff and chef accommodating special dietary requirements, chatting with a 4th generation owner and of course enjoying very very delicious meals. Thank you all. We will continue to come back on our travels to Ireland.”
