“Fantastic place. The room was furnished to a very high and modern standard. The bed was super comfortable. Location is ideal as it's just a few minutes stroll from the town centre, so not in the thick of it with noise. Owner was ever friendly and helpful. Would gladly go back when in Killarney again.”

“Most comfortable bed I ever slept in ( and I travel a lot!) Staff very friendly. Breakfast I didn't like at all and find it un such a hotel not correct to charge extra if you ask for a cappuccino. Also I didn't find it very... easy likening hot lost towards my room so many times and especially after a couple drinks...”

“I got the Belgium farmhouse beer very good I got 2. The goat cheese walnut pizza was different so I ordered it. The walnut and maple syrup with goat cheese was a good blend of flavors.”

“I just LOVE this pub. Being from Armagh and always choosing Killarney as my go too for a weekend away, we make sure to go to this pub on EVERY visit. What made me go the first time was Teddys toasties (our sons name) so had to go and it didn't disappoint. The staff are lovely, the outdoor seating area in the laneway is fun, the atmosphere is excellent!! The whiskey sours are DELIGHTFUL and Teddys special is great. Its a must to visit on your next trip”

“Murphys Bar & Restaurant was an enjoyable, laid-back atmosphere. Sports games on TV and a full bar. The Irish Stew was a good choice and very filling. My wife also enjoyed the lasagna. This would not be my first choice if I were spending only 1 night in Killarney, but I would definitely consider returning.”

“With a small delay because of heavy traffic, we set off on our trip (Ring of Kerry). Communications with the office through email and phone were easy and clear. Pat, our tour driver, was an excellent tour leader - providing interesting and detailed commentary throughout. He made an effort to point out some of the smaller points that were relevant to the region. Plenty of stops and breaks were provided. The coach was very comfortable - a good feature considering the length of the trip.”

“Visited Killarney for two nights from the U.S.. Needless to say this pub was the highlight of both nights. The live music, between the traditional and rock band, was enough to get all the patrons in the mood for socializing. It felt so cozy, yet so lively and energizing. This is the reason i think it was so easy to make friends with anyone near you. Will be back on my next trip.”

“We visited the Laurels last Saturday, the food was delicious and the atmosphere was very good but the service was outstanding. We were seated and drinks order taken immediately, food order taken as soon as drinks delivered. We ordered the burger and the braised ribs both were amazing. Would definitely revisit if we returned to Killarney.”

“We were a group of six friends, we went to Killarney to enjoy this amazing place. We contacted Mor Active before our coming on the town and we spoke with Michael that he was immediately available to open an extra kayaking sessions on the saturday morning. He was super helpfull to give us tips about places where we could have breakfast, lunch and dinner. Every place where we have been was super thanks to him. We went on a kayaking trip from Ross Castle to Innisfallen Island with Michael, Darius and his staf who were wonderful. They gave us all the equipment that we needed to be warm and safety during the trip. We got a brilliant historical report on the Castle, abbey, lakes and surrounding area and we were so happy to see all the deer on the island so close up. Michael and Darius took a lots of photos during the trip to share with all of us later. Afret the kayaking trip we were still excited and we told to Michael that we'd like to do cycling aroud the lake. So, he printed a Google Maps with all POI, he suggested us a beautiflu way around Muckross Lake and he brought us to a bike rental. We got an amazing weekend in Killarney thank to Michael and all his staf. Mor Active is more than simple tour operator. If you want enjoy your stay in Killarney, you should call Michael! I look forward to come back to Killarney and spent time with his trips. Thanks a million Michael! We will definitely be back asap!”
