37 Queen Street
● Closed“37 Queen Street has undergone several transformations over the years but it has never lost that authentic feel of a family run establishment. Stepping off one of the busiest roads in Clonmel, its refreshing to enter this bar as it has that often lost village pub feel to it. No pub in Ireland however is authentic unless they have the truly authentic taste from St James Gate in Dublin and by hell does 37 Queen Street get that right! A truly wonderful bar which combines live music, with sport and their love of Darts. No matter where you are from, if you are in Clonmel or just passing through, no Irish pub visit is complete without a visit here”

Bennigans Bar
● Closed“This is one of my regular go to pubs. It served AMAZING hearty pub food and the specials are always exciting to choose from. The menu is small but packs a punch. Pictured here is the chicken fajitas. The chicken was marinated and seasoned perfectly for fajitas. The tortillas were so soft and fresh and the portion was huge. Service is always awesome and the owners are great craic. Love coming in here for a meal, a few pints and a few good laughs. 5 star for a pub!”

Barne Lodge
● Closed, County Tipperary, Ireland“We stopped in for lunch with our two kids (ages 2yr and 5yr) and the food/service was phenomenal! The BBQ wings were lightly battered and crispy, which we loved. The cod was also delicious and we especially loved the tartar sauce which I'm sure was homemade because it had a bit of a different flavour than usual but was so good. Each meal came with a garden salad w/ honey vinegrette dressing and that was probably one of my favourite parts of the meal. The salad was so yummy! Our kids wanted a burger instead of an option from the kids menu so we ordered them one classic burger (adult meal) to share and the kitchen cut the burger in half for us and brought the meal out already separated onto two plates, which was unexpected but really appreciated. Everything was very fresh and this is definitely a great spot to stop in for a bite.”
