Pearl River
● Closed21 Princes Street, Cork, Ireland“We went for my husband's 60th. The staff accommodated us bringing a cake and provided plates etc to serve it. The food was delicious, two vegetarians and three omnivores in the party! All had plenty of satisfying food. Tofu is plentiful on this menu so very appealing to veggies! It's priced reasonably, portions are large, the staff couldn't be more obliging. Decor is pleasant too, we had a generous circular table by the window which was perfect for conversation.”

Vals takeaway
● Closed“Not nice to see the manager barking commands at the staff, deeply unprofessional. Have seen it more than once so it's not a one off, or a case of someone having a bad day. Very nice food though, currently the best chipper in town and have ordered from here many times.”

Hungry Knight
● Closed“Very tasty fish and chips. Staff were very friendly and professional, we waiting about 10 minutes for our order. There's a nice seating area outside if you want to eat straight away. We drove home with our food, 5 minute drive, and it was still hot when we got there. They got out order slightly wrong but it didn't deter us from going back a few days later for another meal. Reasonably priced food, and a pleasant change from eating in restaurants while holidaying in the area. Next time we holiday there we will go back to the Hungry Knight. UPDATE: Went back again and it was still very tasty.”

sizzlers
● Open, Killarney, Ireland“Being ready for a good breakfast, I called into Sizzlers in Killarney on Monday 3rd September at approximately 09:30. I was delighted to be served a superbly cooked 'Full Irish's. Everything was perfect and at a cost of €7:50 I am sure must be the best value for money in Kerry if not Munster. The lady who served me was extremely pleasant and provided me with the password for WiFi. I shall certainly return. WELL DONE.”
