“We came for a burger and pizza, the second time. Very nice stuff, always happy and joking. The chef is brilliant, he did come to our table to give us information, when we asked about the pizza and came later again to ask if we enjoyed. We had the best vegan burgers ever!!! Homemade, very yummy chips and the pizza is very good too. Thanks!”

“Very nice food, I got the sweet and sour prawn and black pepper beef with boiled rice. Everything is fresh and the beef was nice and tender. The owners were very nice too. God bless”

“Dined in as a family of 3 with a small child. Was very pleasantly surprised by the children’s play area at the back of the restaurant, it meant we had a few precious moments to eat our own meals as the little man was entertained! The early bird menu is excellent value, and I would advise that you would want to be very hungry when availing of it as we found the portion sizes very large. The fish was very fresh and excellently cooked: we enjoyed the seafood chowder, the calamari, fish and chips, sea bass and a brownie. All were delicious. The staff were friendly and professional and I have no hesitations in recommending to others.”

“Really delicious seafood with outdoor seating area. We got the seafood chowder, mango and prawn salad, hake cajuns, oysters, and a small cheese cake. COVID conscious business. Very popular so you might have to wait for a seat at peak time. We came here for lunch on a Saturday and waited 20 min or so before we got a seat. They also sell fresh fish here if you are looking for ingredients for your next seafood dish.”

Can't say enough about the friendliness of the owner and his knowledge of many things. Thanks for the red lollipops! “Teasey's Bistro has fabulous food, reasonably priced and very friendly staff who are very attentive. They were very accomodating for a group of 8. The owner Noreen AKA Teasey, leads by example, it is obvious why her staff are excellent. We felt we got to know people personally on our 7 day visit. When you are in Bantry make sure to visit Teasey's.”

“Visiting the town my youngest is so fussy with food. After the family ate at a restaurant, my youngest wanted pizza as refused his meal. This place was conveniently just a few doors from where we had just eaten as a family. Ordered his Margarita pizza and this was done quickly. Tasty and fresh he loved it! Friendly and polite staff. Think we will be back before we head back to the UK on Saturday!”

“Great bar/restaurant went here twice over the Christmas while staying in Cork and I would definitely recommend. All the staff are lovely and very accommodating. The food was delicious and great portions sizes you definitely get great value for your money. I got the battered mushrooms to start and the salmon for main course.”
