"Haven't had a single good experience with FedEx, ever. Wish I was joking about that too. Any package I've ever had delivered by them is late. Any employee I've ever interacted with has some sort of attitude problem. I genuinely believe FedEx should go bankrupt and that every single company should switch to an alternate shipping service, because you are doing a disservice to anyone by using FedEx as a carrier. Any company with actual dignity and care avoids using FedEx because of the frustrations they create. Fix your entire company, FedEx. Fire every single employee that doesn't put an effort towards fast shipping services and good customer support, because what you're doing now is NOT working."

"She was very nice and was able to get me to the correct location. It's important to know that a ship center does just that "ship" they are not able to print your label, etc. You must choose a ship & print location for this. This location has lots of boxes in various sizes for your shipping needs as well. One wish: in providing the address for the ship & print location, it is a great idea to ask if the person is familiar with the area. Since I was not I didn't realize the location she was sending me to was just around the corner and ended up in Aurora, only to discover that I had the correct address but the wrong city. Then as I was heading to the freeway to go home more than an hour later, I discovered that she was sending me just around the corner. (New to the area problem... but I do appreciate her help!)"

"For some reason, nobody was at the counter for about 10 minutes when I arrived. That's when I noticed both of the doors that lead to the back were propped open. Do you trust a company to handle your deliveries that doesn't care about securing them? The clerk was rude when she finally came out. I read her the tracking number clearly in three digit chunks and she messed it up. So I set my phone on the counter facing her so she could read it herself. She proceeded to tell me "I'm not touching your phone". I told her she didn't have to and that the number was right there on the screen. She looked me dead in my eyes and told me to read it to her. This was the single most dysfunctional human interaction I've had in quite some time. Her demeanor and attitude suggested to me that she was on drugs. I would avoid this location at all costs."
