Domino's Pizza

"Honestly, I see all these reviews and complaints and it makes me giggle a bit. I typically use the Extended stay hotel on Hampden and Wads, and use their delivery. The pizza is pretty perfect when it arrives, nice, hot and cheesy. The toppings are evenly placed and the crust is tops. Nice and crisp, fluffy in the middle. People complaining probably just need to complain less. Big props to these guys. Keep it up."

"***HORRIBLE*** I miss the days when Domino’s had a 30 minute delivery guarantee. I live 3 minutes from this location and ordered delivery. The APP/tracker said delivery is 40. 40 minutes for less than a mile?!?! 40 minutes came and the APP changed ETA and added another 20 minutes!! I called to make sure food was even coming and the guy said the driver is 3 minutes away. I asked if my food was still going to be good and hot since it had been 1 hour since my food left the store? He said yes, it will be hot and fresh. I said, how will it be fresh when it’s an hour old?!?! He didn’t know what to say so I hung up. Jeffery finally got here and didn’t even say hi, hello or, sorry for the delay. The food was only warm! The cheese wasn’t melted anymore!! I had to reheat in the oven!! It’s sucks that you have no choice on which location delivers to you. This location sucks and I won’t be ordering again! I ordered on 1/8/24 at 6:45pm and food was delivered at 8:15pm."

"Giving two stars because everything but the loaded tots were ok, they are very skimpy with the garlic sauce at this location and at the Bellview location they added a very good amount of sauce, the picture with lots of sauce was from a different location no instructions to add extra either"

"I've had the worst experience ever!!! I've literally ordered from this location at least once a week since it opened and I've paid between $40 to $50 each time and each time they messed something up this store is ran by a bunch of incompetent greasy headed kids who can't read the management team is a joke as well I dont doubt this location will be closed down soon due to the lack of comprehension, common sence, and customer service etc the list can go on and on whoever owns this store should definitely look into the way these people are running it. I miss my old pizza location looks like I'll be driving to Broadway and Mansfield from now on I've regrettably given this store more business then it deserves..."
