"Would give 0 stars if I could I called and placed an order Tuesday feb/27 for carry out . The person on the phone asked me what location I wanted the order from and asked for the address of the location I would like to order from so I provided the information they told me to show up in 15-20 minutes. After arriving at the store the cashier informed me that they had no order for me there and provided no further information. I then had to call them thru the phone again they asked if I had already placed an order to which I said yes and what was going on with my food. The guy on the phone informed me they had placed the pick up in the northgleen location. What was the point of asking me to verify what store I wanted to order from if you were just going to out any store you wanted ? I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again I knew it was a mistake not calling dominos. ALSO THE STORE REEKED PF MARIJUANA"

"I ordered some delivery for hot wings and breadsticks from here, the delivery driver followed directions very well and the food got to me steaming hot. The wings were perfect and they used generous seasoning on the breadsticks. I'll definitely order from here again the next time I'm in the area."

"So ordering delivery from this Pizza Hut was great the first time but terrible since. I ordered a meal for my family and waited. It had been over an hour so I called. The restaurant NEVER answers the phone so I got customer service. The agent told me that they were busy, “give it another 15-20 minutes. So I wait, no pizza! So I call back only for them to tell me the location is closed and my order was canceled. No text, no email, no phone call! I was thinking service this horrible had to be a one off. The next night, we tried again only earlier this time. Once again, our order is cancelled without notice. I called back and again got customer service. She first tried to transfer me to the store. I refuse because they don’t answer the phone. She said she was getting a supervisor, put me on hold and never returned!!! Terrible, terrible service. And Pizza Hut couldn’t care less!"

"I ordered delivery from them at 1:15pm, then said my food would be here at 2:01pm then I get a message saying Doordash will be delivering my food. Then the directions were clear to where I was... The food barley got here at 2:40pm. Cold and wrong. Horrible customer service when I called, the lady was rude and hung up on me. Never using this location again."
