Jet's Pizza

"Ordered for our family on a Sunday evening around 7 got a call at 8 saying it was on its way for delivery, however by 8:40 we had heard nothing and their phone lines were down. Drove to the restaurant to at least pick it up and the driver was just leaving he kindly gave us the food saying their internet went down and he apologized and gave us a card for a free pizza. However we went in to at least try and get a refund for the delivery and proceeded to be ignored so we left. Almost two hours to get pizza delivered a mile and a half away for under cooked pizza. Told the manager didn't have the clearance to do anything."

"I normally love jets, but I just got the most unacceptable order for takeout. Tried to call and text, no response. Order ID 137 on 1/28. Got the Aloha Hawaiian, the toppings were a gooey mess and slide all over the place and leaked through the box. You literally cant pickup the a piece without leaving the toppings behind. The pepperoni was burnt to a crisp. The crust on both pizza tasted like it sat on the counter over night. Very stale and legitimately difficult to chew. I have never gone from so excited to so disappointed over pizza. I am now apologizing to the people that came over for the game because I was recommending the pizza so strongly. I get they were probably busy with a Detroit Playoff game and its Detroit Pizza, but the QC is unacceptable."

"Ordered online with estimated pickup 30 minutes. Showed up and was told it would be out shortly. Asked twice more and got same answer. Finally after almost 2 hours they admitted the order must’ve been lost. This place is so disorganized and staffed with clueless help that no way would I ever return. I did get my money back but was asked “did you pick up your pizza?” Others waiting also said pizza was at least 30 minutes later than estimated pickup time. Man I hangry… Now after eating I should add that although the staff was unresponsive while I waited in vain, they did end up comping me a pie. Still- they definitely have opportunity to up their game."

"I enjoyed the pizza. It’s a little more expensive than the competition, but they use better ingredients in the dough. If you have an eclectic crowd to please, consider ordering different styles of pizza, Detroit, hand-tossed, ny style, etc. the sauce would please most customers. Not to spicy. I picked mine up and the pizza was super hot. Hand tossed was a bit doughy for me, so next time I will try the thin crust."

"I used to love this place. I ordered doordash from them a few different times in the past month. Tonight I ordered my food and there was the longest black hair in my food. And what's worse is I didn't know it until I was literally pulling it out of my mouth. So then I proceeded to throw up and I obviously wasted my money. And then when I called to tell them, just as a courtesy. I wasn't rude but I definitely was upset. And I think anyone would be. But then the manager tried to tell me that everyone on her staff tonight is a boy and has short hair. As if that even matters. I don't care who's working tonight. The point is there was a big long black hair in my food. And when I told her that she needs to have that employee put their hair up and that they need to throw away that batch of food she really didn't have much to say. So my point is don't eat here because obviously they're not going to throw it away. And that's disgusting. Ps. I have very very short blond hair and I live alone. Peep the photo, def not mine"
