"I was one of the first residents to move in this complex. I feel like a lot of neighbors look down at our complex because we have so much diversity here. Also mainly because we are an income based comple. Which the price really is not that much different from others. This is such a nice complex, all of our appliances is up to date. The lighting is EVERYTHING! I love it! This single mama is able to make it. My boys made a few friends as well! Main reason I am leaving this review is for our new maintenance guys. They are always on it and very friendly! Called them for my shower and while they were here I brought up some stuff our older maintenance guy TRIED to fix and they were on it. I am always recommending South Range to friends and co-workers. GOOD JOB SOUTH RANGE!"

"I had a great experience here!!! We probably sent over 50 emails and they answered right away!! A lot of these people who are giving bad reviews either couldn’t pay the very cheap rent or didn’t qualify. I am a single mom, very busy and although the process was about a month they were amazing :)) come apply"

"Horrible apartments. Tony, the Property Manager is an awful human being. The things I’ve heard other tenants/residents say about him, speaks about who he is as a person. The maintenance people can’t even fix something as simple as a refrigerator light bulb and you get treated like a dog just because these apartments are what’s consider “income base”.. the list goes on, if I could give it no stars at all and only leave the review part to save someone else, I would. SEE OTHER PEOPLE’s REVIEWs about Tony the property manager lets me know how horrible of a person he is. They need to get all new people in that leasing office."

"Was excited about living here as it’s more affordable than most around and they look nice. The application process was horrible and Tony the manager was extremely unpleasant to work with , he talks to you like you should known the application process already and has a horrible customer service attitude. He told me if my kids wanted to live there with me he would need a letter from their mother. Absolutely unheard of. I told him I’m not going to move forward and He tried to take the 300 dollar holding fee before I even got approved for anything. Happy to say I found a place that was a smooth move in. Tony needs a customer service training."

"It’s been a long wait, but unfortunately with Covid everything is out of sorts, so not to blame anyone but Covid. I do appreciate the opportunity to live in these apartments at a more affordable price! However I do live here now and everything with the apartment is nice except even though it shows we have a pool and jacuzzi, we don't, it has not been open due to some kind of construction!!! well I do not think it takes that long, my son is in construction and my son in law and daughter are in real-estate where they flip houses and build a pool and they do all of that in a few months so I think there is something else going on with us not getting usage of our pool and jacuzzi! So I edited my review to 4 stars instead of 5 for now!!! Thanks again:)"
