"DO NOT GO HERE. They cut corners on just about everything. They almost never had clean towels when we needed them and we would have to wait for them to wash towels before we could even shower. I can go on and on but most importantly they charged my card over $200 a full day after I checked out for no reason whatsoever. I don't even have $200 on my card which has cause a while host of problems with my bank as well. This hotel is only out to pinch pennies and scam people."

"All was good. Had a great time, the pool was warm. Breakfast was amazing. The staff was awesome and friendly."

"Over all, it was exactly what I expected. Clean. Nice and helpful staff. The biggest problem was the HVAC system. It is set up to blow directly on the bed from a few inches away, every few minutes. No way to avoid it. It starts cold even when set to heat. Blows hard for a few minutes and then turns off for a few minutes. Difficult to sleep through or I would have rated the place higher."

"I wish that I could give more stars. Jayla and Jessica at the front desk were wonderful. I am so happy with my stay that I extended it for a bit. I traveled for a living in my career and am a bit of a hotel snob. So when I say everything has been perfect, I mean everything. The room was extremely clean without any overpowering chemical smell. The rooms are also quite. Checkin was flawless, great staff, great parking, nice and quiet, and a truly lovely breakfast that appears to be better in quality rather than just a bunch of cheap items. I would rather have quality, select items. If I had a criticism it would be that I wasn't able to stream to the TV, but hey I wasn't expecting that anyways. I will absolutely be staying here again."

"This was the second worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. I was disappointed when we walked in our room and it was nothing like the pictures. The rooms were actually quite small, and there wasn’t a lot of room to move around, put things, etc. We noticed immediately when we woke up after the first night we both felt sick, and not right, but when we left the hotel during the day, we were fine. I noticed on night 3 of our 4 night stay, our sheets had mold(as pictured). I said something to the front desk and they did a “full reset” on our room. When we returned that night the sheets and bedding had blood all over them. Overall it just gave me a really dirty feeling and we believe the mold was what affected us not feeling well. We stayed somewhere else day 5/6 of our vacation and felt just fine. The hotel is also very loud, all hours of the night. We could constantly hear every single door open & close, people above us sounded like elephants, the tvs from rooms around us. I would not suggest this hotel to anyone and was extremely disappointed in our stay."
